Grilled Zucchini

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 zucchini
  • 1 -2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons japanese sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 peel and cut up zucchini and onion into bite size pieces.
  • 2 pour olive oil into frying pan and heat on medium to high.
  • 3 after pan is heated, add the zucchini, onion, sesame seeds, soy sauce, butter, salt, and pepper.
  • 4 grill until slightly tender and browned.
  • 5 eat and enjoy!
