- 20 g ginseng roots
- 300 g lean lamb
- 3 candied dates
- 6 cups water
Recipe
- 1 cut the lean lamb into medium-sized chunks.
- 2 parboil the lamb for about 5 minutes.
- 3 crush the american ginseng slightly with the side of your knife.
- 4 bring the water to a boil in the inner pot of the thermal pot and add all the ingredients.
- 5 bring the water back to a boil and cook for about 20 minutes.
- 6 remove inner pot from heat and transfer to the outer pot, cover and let it cook for 2 hours.
