Lamb Soup Recipe With American Ginseng, Lean Lamb And Dates

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 20 g ginseng roots
  • 300 g lean lamb
  • 3 candied dates
  • 6 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 cut the lean lamb into medium-sized chunks.
  • 2 parboil the lamb for about 5 minutes.
  • 3 crush the american ginseng slightly with the side of your knife.
  • 4 bring the water to a boil in the inner pot of the thermal pot and add all the ingredients.
  • 5 bring the water back to a boil and cook for about 20 minutes.
  • 6 remove inner pot from heat and transfer to the outer pot, cover and let it cook for 2 hours.
  • 7 season with some salt before serving.
