Rhubarb Orange Slice Marmalade

Total Time: 25 hrs Preparation Time: 24 hrs Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 5 cups rhubarb, cut finely
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 lb orange, sliced thinly
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (3 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 mix rhubarb with sugar.
  • 2 let stand overnight.
  • 3 next day cook 15 minutes.
  • 4 add oranges.
  • 5 add pineapple.
  • 6 add cherries including the juice
  • 7 cook until thick.
  • 8 pour into hot jars.
  • 9 seal.
