Ingredients
- 5 cups rhubarb, cut finely
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 lb orange, sliced thinly
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix rhubarb with sugar.
- 2 let stand overnight.
- 3 next day cook 15 minutes.
- 4 add oranges.
- 5 add pineapple.
- 6 add cherries including the juice
- 7 cook until thick.
- 8 pour into hot jars.
- 9 seal.
