Easy Garden Bake

Ingredients

• 1 cup chopped zucchini
• 1 large tomato, chopped
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup bisquick baking mix
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 400°f.
• 2 grease a 9-inch pie plate.
• 3 layer zucchini tomatoes onion and cheese in pie plate.
• 4 stir remaining ingredients until blended.
• 5 pour into pie plate.
• 6 bake 35 minutes or until knife inserted in the centre comes out clean.
• 7 cool 5 minutes.
