Grandma Chin's Sponge Cake

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup milk, boiled
- 2 cups flour, sifted
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 beat eggs until light.
- 3 beat in sugar, salt and vanilla.
- 4 beat in milk and butter.
- 5 add dry ingredients very quickly and pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
- 6 bake 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick placed in middle comes out clean.
- 7 serve with strawberries and whipped cream.
