Crunchy Breakfast Biscuit Bites

Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) can pillsbury golden layers refrigerated biscuits
- 2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar (or more if desired)
- 3/4 cup honey nut cheerios, finely crushed
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 400°f.
- 2 spray large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- 3 separate dough into 8 biscuits.
- 4 cut each biscuit into quarters.
- 5 place biscuit quarters in large bowl.
- 6 drizzle with margarine and sugar-cinnamon mixture; toss to coat.
- 7 add crushed cereal; toss to coat.
- 8 place biscuit quarters in single layer, sides not touching, on sprayed cookie sheet.
- 9 bake at 400°f for 7 to 9 minutes or until golden brown; serve warm.
