Crunchy Breakfast Biscuit Bites

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) can pillsbury golden layers refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar (or more if desired)
  • 3/4 cup honey nut cheerios, finely crushed

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 400°f.
  • 2 spray large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 3 separate dough into 8 biscuits.
  • 4 cut each biscuit into quarters.
  • 5 place biscuit quarters in large bowl.
  • 6 drizzle with margarine and sugar-cinnamon mixture; toss to coat.
  • 7 add crushed cereal; toss to coat.
  • 8 place biscuit quarters in single layer, sides not touching, on sprayed cookie sheet.
  • 9 bake at 400°f for 7 to 9 minutes or until golden brown; serve warm.
