Mom's Favourite Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 3/4 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon clove
• 2 cups grated zucchini
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 cream together butter, oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and buttermilk.
• 2 sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
• 3 mix in zucchini and fold in chocolate chips.
• 4 bake in a buttered bundt pan.
• 5 dust with icing sugar before serving.
