Light Wheat Bread With Honey

Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 egg
- 1/8 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup vegetable shortening
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vital gluten
- 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Recipe
- 1 put the ingredients in your bread machine as directed by the manufacturer.
- 2 make sure gluten is mixed thoroughly with the flour.
- 3 hit "dough" cycle.
- 4 form into loaf and place in a 8x4 loaf pan.
- 5 let rise, covered, for 30 minutes.
- 6 bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
