- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- 1 green zucchini
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
- feta cheese
Recipe
- 1 put oil into pan to warm.
- 2 place all vegetables into pan to cook, allowing the onion to become translucent.
- 3 after that add dill, basil, and sunflower seeds for 2 minutes, stir, and serve hot and steaming.
- 4 top with feta cheese.
