Grecian Vegetables

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 yellow squash
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 1 green zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
  • feta cheese

Recipe

  • 1 put oil into pan to warm.
  • 2 place all vegetables into pan to cook, allowing the onion to become translucent.
  • 3 after that add dill, basil, and sunflower seeds for 2 minutes, stir, and serve hot and steaming.
  • 4 top with feta cheese.
