Pesto Alla Genovese

Ingredients

  • 2 cups packed fresh basil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor, combine basil, garlic, cheese, salt and pepper.
