- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 large eggs
- 1 dash soy sauce

Recipe
- 1 separate yolks from egg whites, set aside.
- 2 bring chicken broth to a simmer, stir in egg whites. continue to simmer, stirring occasionally, another 5-10 minutes.
- 3 remove from heat. add egg yolks, stirring them in quickly so as to prevent them from cooking.
- 4 serve and enjoy!
