Natalee's Egg-drop Soup

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 dash soy sauce
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 separate yolks from egg whites, set aside.
  • 2 bring chicken broth to a simmer, stir in egg whites. continue to simmer, stirring occasionally, another 5-10 minutes.
  • 3 remove from heat. add egg yolks, stirring them in quickly so as to prevent them from cooking.
  • 4 serve and enjoy!
