Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
- 1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 process all ingredients except oil in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- 2 with machine running, slowly pour in oil until mixture is thickened and blended.
- 3 pour into bottles or jars.
- 4 cover tightly.
- 5 shake before using.
