Lighter Cinnamon Rolls For Bread Machine

  • 1/4 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2/3 cup warm nonfat milk
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup fat free egg substitute
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil margarine or 2 tablespoons fat-free butter-flavored cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons powdered sugar, sifted
  • 2 teaspoons nonfat milk
