Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup peanut butter (recipe calls for jiffy)
- 7 ounces marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped (variety is your choice)
Recipe
- 1 in 2 1/2 quart saucepan combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk.
- 2 bring to a full boil over medium heat stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
- 3 continue boiling over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- 4 remove from heat, add peanut butter and marshmallow creme stirring until melted.
- 5 add vanilla and nuts.
- 6 beat until well blended.
- 7 spread into buttered 13 x 9 inch pan.
- 8 cool to room temperature then refrigerate until firm.
- 9 cut into squares.
