Ginger Chicken Wontons (low Carb)

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • oil (for frying)

Recipe

  • 1 in large bowl combine chicken, egg, green onion and spices.
  • 2 heat oil to 375 degrees.
  • 3 carefully put heaping teaspoons of mixture in hot oil.
  • 4 cook 8-10 at a time until golden brown and juices are no longer pink.
  • 5 drain on paper towels.
  • 6 serve with chinese hot mustard or gingered soy sauce.
