Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3 cups butternut squash, cubed
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 3/4 teaspoon dried savory
- 3 medium zucchini, cubed
- salt and pepper
- 6 cups cooked polenta
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except zucchini, salt, pepper and polenta in a slow cooker.
- 2 cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, adding zucchini during the last 45 minutes.
- 3 season to taste with salt and pepper. serve over polenta.
