Low-fat Chicken, Pasta And Dill Salad

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces uncooked mostaccioli pasta (tube shaped pasta)
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemons, rind of
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup halved red seedless grapes
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta as directed on package.
  • 2 drain; rinse with cold water.
  • 3 in large bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, dill, sugar,lemon peel and pepper.
  • 4 mix well.
  • 5 add pasta and all remaining ingredients to dressing mix.
  • 6 toss gently to combine.
  • 7 serve immediately.
