Low-fat Chicken, Pasta And Dill Salad

Ingredients
- 8 ounces uncooked mostaccioli pasta (tube shaped pasta)
- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemons, rind of
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup halved red seedless grapes
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta as directed on package.
- 2 drain; rinse with cold water.
- 3 in large bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, dill, sugar,lemon peel and pepper.
- 4 mix well.
- 5 add pasta and all remaining ingredients to dressing mix.
- 6 toss gently to combine.
- 7 serve immediately.
