My Caper Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon capers (drained)
  • 3 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 puree the capers, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • 2 with the machine running, add oil slowly until emulsified.
