Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat yogurt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, beat egg with sugar until combined; set aside.
- 2 in a saucepan heat milk just until bubbles appear around side of pan. stir a little into egg mixture, then pour back into saucepan. cook over heat, stirring just until thickened, 2 - 4 minutes. (do not let mixture boil or egg will curdle).
- 3 remove from heat and cool completely.
- 4 beat yogurt and vanilla into cooled mixture.
- 5 process in ice cream machine.
