Homemade Semolina Pasta

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups semolina flour
Recipe
- 1 beat the eggs in a medium size bowl with a fork.
- 2 mix in the salt.
- 3 add the pasta flour a little at a time, mixing well.
- 4 knead the dough 5 minutes.
- 5 wrap in wax paper and let it rest for 12 minutes.
- 6 then pass through your dough through a pasta machine or gently roll dough out as thin as you can on a floured surface with a rolling pin.
- 7 cut into size of noodles required.
- 8 if making ravioli brush edges with egg to seal.
- 9 amount given for ravioli.
