Homemade Semolina Pasta

Total Time: 32 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 cups semolina flour

Recipe

  • 1 beat the eggs in a medium size bowl with a fork.
  • 2 mix in the salt.
  • 3 add the pasta flour a little at a time, mixing well.
  • 4 knead the dough 5 minutes.
  • 5 wrap in wax paper and let it rest for 12 minutes.
  • 6 then pass through your dough through a pasta machine or gently roll dough out as thin as you can on a floured surface with a rolling pin.
  • 7 cut into size of noodles required.
  • 8 if making ravioli brush edges with egg to seal.
  • 9 amount given for ravioli.
