Marinara Chicken And Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 medium celery, diced
  • 2 small zucchini, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced and seeded
  • 18 ounces marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Recipe

  • 1 place chicken in slow cooker; add garlic, tomatoes, celery, zucchini, and bell pepper.
  • 2 pour marinara sauce over all, sprinkle basil and thyme on top.
  • 3 set on low and cook 6-7 hours.
