Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 1 lb peach, cut up
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 cup sugar

Recipe

• 1 cut up 1 pound of peaches and put in a bowl.
• 2 pour 1/2 cup sugar on peach pieces and place in refridgerator overnight.
• 3 either process in a food processor till pureed or press through a sieve
• 4 mix throughly with milk, cream, and sugar
• 5 process according to ice cream machine instructions.
