Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the maker.
- 2 select the basic bread cycle, and press start.
- 3 when done, remove bread from pan and cool for one hour on a metal rack.
