Low Fat Hummus Spread

Ingredients
- 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas, drained
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients in a food processor and puree together until smooth. transfer to a food saver container and keep in fridge to use as needed. i always put a piece of plastic wrap over the top of the food processor, thus eliminating the need to wash that part of the machine!
