Ravioli With Tomatoes & Zucchini

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 (9 ounce) package refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 2 small zucchini, cut into 2-inch 1/4-inch strips
  • 1 onion, cut into small wedges
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can italian tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook ravioli according to directions.
  • 2 heat skillet with non stick spray or butter.
  • 3 add zucchini and onion, cook 3 - 4 minutes.
  • 4 add tomatoes, heat thoroughly.
  • 5 add cooked ravioli, stir together.
  • 6 cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • 7 sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
