Ravioli With Tomatoes & Zucchini

Ingredients

- 1 (9 ounce) package refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 2 small zucchini, cut into 2-inch 1/4-inch strips
- 1 onion, cut into small wedges
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can italian tomatoes
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook ravioli according to directions.
- 2 heat skillet with non stick spray or butter.
- 3 add zucchini and onion, cook 3 - 4 minutes.
- 4 add tomatoes, heat thoroughly.
- 5 add cooked ravioli, stir together.
- 6 cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 7 sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
