Garden Vegetable Pie

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups zucchini, chopped
  • 1 cup tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup bisquick
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese in a 10" x 1 1/2" pie plate (or larger rectangular dish) beat remaining ingredients until smooth, about 1 minute.
  • 2 pour into pie plate.
  • 3 bake at 400 for about 35 minutes.
  • 4 cool 5 minutes before serving.
