Kaiser Rolls - Bread Machine

Ingredients
- 2 (1/4 ounce) packages active dry yeast
- 2 cups water
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 6 cups all-purpose flour
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients to bread machine.
- 2 run dough cycle.
- 3 divide into 16 pieces.
- 4 shape each into a ball. place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
- 5 cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
- 6 with scissors, cut a 1/4-in.-deep cross on tops of rolls.
- 7 bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
