Ham And Eggs - Schinken Mit Ei

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 lb ham, sliced
  • 8 eggs
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 melt the butter.
  • 2 fry the ham in butter real quick on both sides.
  • 3 open the eggs directly into the pan over the ham.
  • 4 salt slightly.
  • 5 cover the pan with and let the eggs sit until they are the desired consistency.
