Lamb With Pea Pods

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb fresh lamb, sliced 1/8-inch thick
- 1/2 lb pea pods, well washed and strings removed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons oil
Recipe
- 1 mix sliced lamb with soy sauce, sherry, sesame oil and corn starch.
- 2 heat 4 tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot.
- 3 stir-fry meat mixture for 4 minutes; remove from pan; set aside.
- 4 heat 2 more tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot.
- 5 stir-fry pea pods for 2 minutes.
- 6 add salt and meat mixture; stir-fry 1 minute more.
- 7 serve hot.
