Lamb With Pea Pods

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb fresh lamb, sliced 1/8-inch thick
  • 1/2 lb pea pods, well washed and strings removed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons oil

Recipe

  • 1 mix sliced lamb with soy sauce, sherry, sesame oil and corn starch.
  • 2 heat 4 tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot.
  • 3 stir-fry meat mixture for 4 minutes; remove from pan; set aside.
  • 4 heat 2 more tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot.
  • 5 stir-fry pea pods for 2 minutes.
  • 6 add salt and meat mixture; stir-fry 1 minute more.
  • 7 serve hot.
