Penne Pasta With Chicken, Grape Tomatoes, Zuchinni

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 14 1/2 ounces penne pasta
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 3 -4 garlic cloves
  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 1/2 lbs zucchini, cubed 1/2-inch
  • 4 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil over medium heat.
  • 2 add onion and garlic. cook until translucent.
  • 3 increase heat. add cubed chicken. stir briskly until .
  • 4 add zucchini and halved tomatoes, salt, chili powder, and basil.
