Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb brussels sprout
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2 any brussels sprouts approaching ping pong ball size should be cut in half to reduce cooking time.
  • 3 place brussels sprouts on a baking tray.
  • 4 cover brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt.
  • 5 bake for 20 minutes.
  • 6 stir or flip.
  • 7 bake for another 20 minutes.
