Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 -1 1/4 cup lemon juice, with as much pulp as you can
- 1 lemon zest
- 5 cups cold water
Recipe
- 1 make a simple syrup by boiling the sugar with 1 cup of water, for one minute. let cool.
- 2 in a large pitcher, mix together, the syrup, lemon juice and zest. add cold water and chill.
