Komodo Dragon Chicken Wings Marinade

Ingredients

• Servings: 3
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup dry sherry
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
• 1 teaspoon hot sauce (or more, to taste)
• 12 -16 chicken wings, tips removed

Recipe

• 1 make marinade.
• 2 place all in gallon ziploc bag (or lg. plastic container).
• 3 marinate from 24-48 hours in refrigerator, turning every 8 hours.
• 4 grill until done.
