Danish Beer Bread (ollebrod) Abm

Ingredients

  • 3/4 teaspoon active dry yeast (1/2)
  • 2 2/3 cups bread flour (1 3/4)
  • 3/4 cup rye flour (1/2)
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt (1/2)
  • 3 tablespoons molasses (2)
  • 3/4 cup water (1/2)
  • 1/3 cup beer (1/4)

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients to bread machine in the order recommended by its manufacturer.
