Ingredients

- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can italian-style crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup zucchini, grated
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
- 1 garlic clove, minced fine
- 2 tablespoons black olives, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 comebine all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl.
- 2 chill at least 30 minutes and serve.
