Raspberry Cheesecake Ice Cream (for Electrice Ice Cream Maker)

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup whole sugar-sprinkled raspberries
Recipe
- 1 combine first 3 ingredients in a sauce pan.
- 2 heat over medium heat until berries are thawed and sugar is dissolved.
- 3 cool mixture.
- 4 press mixture through a strainer to remove seeds.
- 5 add berry mixture and next 5 ingredients in blender. blend until smooth.
- 6 poor into ice cream maker. run machine for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 7 add last ingredient to ice cream and run for another 5 minutes.
- 8 can serve as is for soft-serve or let it ripen in the freezer for an hour or so.
