Chili Paste With Szechuan Peppers

Ingredients

  • 10 dried chilies
  • 1 tablespoon szechuan bell pepper
  • 1 -2 cm grated ginger
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 50 ml chili oil

Recipe

  • 1 grind all the spices.
  • 2 mix with the oil and put the mix in a sterilised jar.
  • 3 refrigerate and use in chinese dishes.
