Chili Paste With Szechuan Peppers

Ingredients
10 dried chilies
1 tablespoon szechuan bell pepper
1 -2 cm grated ginger
1 head of garlic
50 ml chili oil
Recipe
1 grind all the spices.
2 mix with the oil and put the mix in a sterilised jar.
3 refrigerate and use in chinese dishes.
