Ingredients

- zucchini
- eggplant
- potato
- 1 kg minced meat
- 1 cup oil
- 2 onions
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 -2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- salt and pepper
- toast, crumbs
- cinnamon
- bechamel sauce
Recipe
- 1 we saute the onion with oil and minced meat, smother with the wine, add the tomato sauce diluted with some water and let it cook.
- 2 in the end we stir in the eggs, cheese and toast crumbs.
- 3 we fry the zucchini, eggplants and potatoes- all of them in flat slices cut sideways.
- 4 we spread the butter in a baking pan, sprinkling with toast crumbs, and layer with potatoes, filling, eggplant, filling, zucchini and filling.
- 5 we spread on the surface of the baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake until the cream begins to brown.
