Randy's Whacky Wings

Total Time: 1 hr 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup sweet baby ray's buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lawry's perfect blend seasoning (for chicken & poultry)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lawry's garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons heinz chili sauce
  • 3 -4 lbs chicken wings, sections tips removed

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients.
  • 2 place wing sections in a 1 gallon zip lock bag.
  • 3 pour sauce over wings in bag & cover wings completely.
  • 4 close bag, removing as much air as possible.
  • 5 refridgerate overnight, turning occasionally.
  • 6 when ready to bake, preheat oven to 350°.
  • 7 spray a 11 x 16 jelly roll pan w/ cooking spray (or line w/ parchment paper).
  • 8 place wings on pan one at time so they aren't touching, -- don't just "dump " them on!
  • 9 discard any remaing sauce.
  • 10 bake on center rack for 50-60 minutes turning halfway, being careful not to burn.
  • 11 remove from oven & let set for 5-10 minutes.
