Constant Comment Holiday Punch

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 bigelow constant comment tea bags
  • 2 quarts ginger ale
  • 12 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 12 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
  • 10 ounces maraschino cherries
  • 4 cups orange sherbet (2 pints)
  • mint leaf (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan, bring water to a boil, add tea bags, cover and steep for 5 minutes. remove tea bags. allow tea to cool; then chill.
  • 2 just before serving time, combine tea, ginger ale, juice concentrates, pineapple and cherries in a large punch bowl. float scoops of sherbet on top. garnish with mint leaves, if using.
