Ingredients

- 5 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 bunch green onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large pot, combine the zucchini, green onions, vinegar, soy sauce, water, sugar and sesame oil.
- 2 season with black pepper. mix to blend, then cover and cook over medium heat until zucchini is tender, about 20 minutes.
