Korean Zucchini

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 5 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bunch green onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a large pot, combine the zucchini, green onions, vinegar, soy sauce, water, sugar and sesame oil.
  • 2 season with black pepper. mix to blend, then cover and cook over medium heat until zucchini is tender, about 20 minutes.
