Muffin Tin Meat Loaves

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
• 1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
• 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup ketchup

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 400 degrees.
• 2 mix all ingredients except ketchup in a large bowl.
• 3 place 1/3 cup beef mixture into each of 12 medium muffin cups, pressing lightly.
• 4 spread ketchup over top.
• 5 bake 20 minutes or until no longer pink.
