New Year Fried Rice

Ingredients

- 3 slices bacon, diced
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 cups cooked rice, cold
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 cook bacon in wok until crisp.
- 2 add green onions, red peppers and peas stir fry 1 minute.
- 3 add egg and scramble.
- 4 stir in rice and cook until heated, gently separating grains.
- 5 add soy sauce; cook until heated through. serve immediately.
