Pepper Asiago Loaf (abm)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in bread pan in order suggested by your machine's manufacturer.
  • 2 select basic bread setting.
  • 3 check dough after 5 minutes of mixing and if needed, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour.
  • 4 do not use time delay setting for this recipe.
