Roast Beef

Ingredients
- 1 pot roast, 3-4 lbs
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine
- 1 teaspoon ginger juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 green onions, cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths
Recipe
- 1 marinate beef in soy sauce, sherry, ginger juice, salt and pepper at least 4 hours or overnight.
- 2 wrap roast and green onions in heavy aluminum foil.
- 3 pre-heat oven to 450* and bake for 20 minutes.
- 4 turn heat to 325* and bake for 2 hours.
- 5 serve hot.
- 6 note: prep time does not include marinating time.
