Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut sugar crystals
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup quick oats
- 2 cups zucchini, grated
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 grease and flour pans.
- 3 cream splenda, eggs, vanilla and oil.
- 4 add dry ingredients.
- 5 mix till combined.
- 6 add in oats and zucchini, combine well.
- 7 bake at 350 for 1 hour or longer if needed.
