Mini Doughnuts

Ingredients
- 4 ounces plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 ounces caster sugar
- 3 fluid ounces milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 sift dry ingredients together.
- 2 separately whisk wet ingredients.
- 3 combine and whisk.
- 4 heat doughnut machine.
- 5 brush each dip with hint of oil.
- 6 put one dessertspoonful of batter into each dip.
- 7 close lid.
- 8 cook for 3 minutes.
- 9 remove to cool on a rack and repeat with remaining mixture.
- 10 decorate doughnuts.
- 11 you could dip in melted chocolate.
- 12 but i brush with a little warmed apricot jam and dip in sugar strands or hundreds and thousands or chocolate flakes.
