Pepperoni Soft Pretzels (bread Machine)

Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups water (80 f/27 c)
- 1 egg yolk, room temperature (save for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 cup thin sliced pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 program machine for the dough setting.
- 2 when the bread machine beeps, place dough on a lightly floured surface and divide into 16 pieces.
