Pepperoni Soft Pretzels (bread Machine)

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1 1/4 cups water (80 f/27 c)
  • 1 egg yolk, room temperature (save for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1 cup thin sliced pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 program machine for the dough setting.
  • 2 when the bread machine beeps, place dough on a lightly floured surface and divide into 16 pieces.
