Low-fat Fruit Pizza

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup low-fat margarine
  • 8 ounces light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 kiwi
  • 2 apricots

Recipe

  • 1 preheat over to 350°f
  • 2 mix powdered sugar, flour and margarine in a large bowl and form into a ball. if mixture is sticky add more flour. refrigerate uncovered for 30 minutes. (this is a good time to cut/wash your fruit.).
  • 3 pat into 9x9 or 9" round shallow dish making sure that dough is reaching the edges of the pan. bake for 10-15 minutes and let cool completely.
  • 4 mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar and beat till creamy. spread over crust.
  • 5 arrange fruit and refrigerate before serving. note: if you're using fruits that will brown you'll want to brush the fruit w/orange marmalade. should be eaten in 1-2 days.
