Mary's Chinese Noodles

Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) package linguine
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/4 cup almond oil (or sesame oil)
- 1/2 large onion, sliced
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 4 leaves romaine lettuce, sliced (outer leaves)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 boil linguini for 5 minutes.
- 2 drain all but 1 cup water.
- 3 add bouillon cubes.
- 4 cover and let steam for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5 heat oil in separate pan at medium high heat.
- 6 when hot add onion and cook well.
- 7 turn heat to medium.
- 8 then add celery and lettuce, and sauté 1 minute.
- 9 add soy sauce, eggs and pepper; scrambling eggs while they cook.
- 10 when eggs are cooked, add noodles.
- 11 stir fry for 2 minutes and serve.
